Our positioning
Our consultants have the triple experience of working in companies, consultancies and portfolio management firms.
The consultancy takes part in both managing complex time-consuming projects as well as blitz management operations where reactivity and professional involvement are the keys words.
Assembly Conseil works naturally hand in hand with HR and Compensation & Benefits functions but also very frequently with companies’ usual advisors.
With HR and C&B departments
Assembly Conseil addresses employee savings and retirement plans from a “social” perspective: taking into consideration the acceptability of the proposals, upstream awareness-raising of the employee representative bodies and rolling out communication plans to the employees.
Concerning employee savings plans, Assembly Conseil offers the most comprehensive range of services on the market, from feasibility studies to communication tools, not to mention project management and the regulatory listed and unlisted mutual funds and their deployment.
The consultancy also proposes a comprehensive digital offer : a collaborative management platform, communication extranets, data collection and management tools for the acceptance process, online elections…
With company boards
Law firms, M&A consultancies, asset management companies, investment funds, human resources generalists: these structures regularly call on Assembly Conseil to work with them as a support mechanism when the technical nature of the HR project or its length requires so.
Our agility and adaptability in how we work enables us to blend into the client’s working process and corporate culture ensuring efficiency and transparency for the end customer.
